Who We Are

Online Distribution Ltd (ODL) was established in 1990 as a supplier of quality products to the Service Station industry in New Zealand.

100% New Zealand owned, based in Penrose, Auckland, Online Distribution soon became a strong alternative to other established distributors and a preferred supplier to all major groups in this industry.

Having extremely close relationships with all suppliers, ODL has also become the preferred option for handling new product launches into this sector.

Operating from a 2000 m2 warehouse Online Distribution now provides nationwide service for confectionery, grocery, snack foods, drinks, automotive, consumable and cleaning products. ODL continues to meet the needs of the Service Station retail convenience trade and also provides product distribution to other selected customers throughout the country.

Online Distribution is technologically advanced with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability and also provides a personalised service through their call centre. Many customers to this day still prefer to phone, email and fax orders through.

Our experienced territory managers have a great understanding of their individual customer requirements and are committed to scheduled on-site visits and product support.

With many years of experience in the Service Station industry, and also other retail environments, we are committed to ensure each individuals business is efficiently handling stock and therefore maximising profitability.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I open an account?

Go to the downloads page, search in “Admin” and download the “New Account Application” form, fill it out and send it right back. We will open your account as soon as we can and then you are ready to order

How do I find my order form?

Simply click on “Order Forms” at the top of the page, search for your particular order form and download it. You can then fill it out and send it back via email or fax, or give our friendly team a call if you have any doubts.

If I order today, when should I expect my stock?

We have excellent outsourced delivery service with North Island next day and South Island two-three day delivery times, based on any orders placed before 2pm.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do/who can I contact?

If you are still waiting on your order and you think you should have received it by now send us a message at the bottom of the page or give us a call. We will live track it for you by contacting the delivery driver.

Some of the stock I received is damaged, what should I do?

If you received damaged stock, don’t worry, please give us a call and/or fill out the contact form below, attach a picture of the damaged item(s) and send it through to us outlining the problem and invoice number. In some cases, we may require the product to be returned or collected before a credit can be raised so don’t throw anything away.
